A welcoming new space strengthens Snowline’s long-term commitment to compassionate care across Greater Sacramento.
On September 17, 2026, Snowline Health welcomed community members, local representatives, volunteers, and staff to celebrate the grand opening of its new Rancho Cordova expansion. A ribbon-cutting ceremony, heartfelt remarks, food, and live music marked an evening filled with connection and community support.
The celebration also highlighted the purpose behind the new space: supporting the people who bring compassionate, coordinated care to patients and families throughout the Greater Sacramento area.
A Lasting Commitment to Our Community
“Today, we’re not just cutting a ribbon. We’re showcasing Snowline’s commitment to serving the Greater Sacramento area,” said Snowline CEO Tim Meadows. “And our move to this beautiful new facility is proof of our long-term commitment to this area.”
The office is home to a diverse team of hospice, palliative care, and home-based primary care professionals, including physicians, nurses, social workers, aides, spiritual care providers, volunteers, and support staff.
The space supports the collaboration at the heart of Snowline’s approach. Team members meet to review patient cases, share insights, and help ensure that every person served receives thoughtful, coordinated, whole-person care.
As Meadows explained, the impact of that care extends well beyond any office or building.
“Many of the families that Snowline has served will tell you—it’s the compassionate, high-quality care, and support from our expert team of clinicians and volunteers that stays with those people long after,” he said. “And that’s what we’re bringing to Rancho Cordova.”
A Warm Rancho Cordova Welcome
Laura Fickle, Economic Development Manager for the City of Rancho Cordova, oversaw the ribbon-cutting ceremony.
Snowline also received certificates welcoming and recognizing the expansion. Grace, representing Assemblyman Josh Hoover, presented a welcoming certificate, and Kendra Johnson presented certificates on behalf of County Supervisor Rich Desmond and State Senator Roger Niello’s office.
Pam Garcia of the Rancho Cordova Chamber joined the celebration, along with the Rancho Cordova Chamber Ambassadors. Their participation helped make the evening a meaningful welcome to the local business and service community.
An Evening Made Possible by Many Hands
Guests filled the new space with conversation and laughter while enjoying a generous buffet, refreshments, and lively folk-inspired music from Frenchie and the Suck It Up Butter Cups.
