For more than 43 years, all of us with Snowline have provided end-of-life care and grief support services for your loved ones – your soulmates, moms and dads, brothers and sisters, children, and friends and our neighbors. As the year closes, we all also remember, reflect, and share our gratitude. For caring together.
You likely have a story about the physical, emotional, and spiritual care Snowline provided your family or friends during a loved one’s precious final days. Thanks to supporters like you in 2022, we have already cared for 1014 patients, 273 Veterans, and we enhanced our Children’s Bereavement Program by serving more children under age six than ever before.
We are asking for your support to continue our mission in the coming year, especially as we:
⚫ Build a Memorial/Healing Garden for the community to use as a place of solace or for Celebration of Life ceremonies or other gatherings
⚫ Develop our “Final Wish Fund,” which is an opportunity to fulfill the wishes of our patients without regard to financial obstacles
⚫ Create a Nursing Residency Program to help recent graduates transition into Hospice and become experienced nurses
